Ladies and gentlemen,

- The administrator processes personal data based on article 6 paragraph 1 and article 9 paragraph 1 - processing is necessary for purposes arising from legitimate interests pursued by the administrator, as well as for the implementation of broadly understood cooperation with contractors and clients.
- The recipients of your personal data may be entities authorized to receive them under applicable law.
- The personal data provided by you will not be transferred to a third country.
- Your personal data will be stored for an adequate period and no longer than periods in accordance with the applicable law in individual processing areas of personal data.
- You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, processing restrictions, right to data portability, right to object, right to withdrawal of consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority when you believe that the processing your personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation personal dated April 27, 2016.
- Providing your personal data is voluntary.
- Your data will not be processed in an automated manner, including in the form of profiling.
